Woodneath Press is seeking Kansas City based poets for Kansas City Poetry Anthology. This publication is in conjunction with the Missouri Bicentennial “State of Stories” programming offered by Mid-Continent Public Library’s Story Center and the University of Missouri Extension. The poet must live in the greater Kansas City area and/or the poem is about the greater Kansas City area. The poet can submit multiple poems; however, each poem must be submitted individually.
Submissions will be accepted July 1-August 31, 2020.
The anthology will be published by The Story Center’s publishing imprint Woodneath Press in April 2021.
