Luisa Otero-Prada is a Visual Artist based in St Louis Missouri. She attended La Salle University were majored in Architecture. Luisa completed the Community Arts Institute in 2016 and Teaching Artist Institute in 2020. Her art has been exhibited in local and regional galleries. Art facilitator for different local organizations and museums, Teaching artist in Residence for Artscope 2020 to 2022, She currently serves as Youth Programs Coordinator for Bread and Roses Missouri. She was named an Emerging Artist at the 2022 St. Louis Art Fair.
