The Arroscia Residency announces the first open call for artists will open on March 1, 2025.
Located in Italy, the Arroscia Residency is a Texas based, artist run, 501(c)(3), non-profit corporation offering 3-8 week, self directed art residencies for emerging or mid-career artists. It is open to the following disciplines: painting, sculpture, drawing, collage, photography, and multimedia work.
The award consists of a grant for:
- Roundtrip flights to Italy and back.
- Paid housing for the duration of the residency.
- Use of studio and exhibition space.
- An exhibition of the artist’s work created during the residency.
- A dedicated page on the Residency website.
- A stipend of €300 (euros) per week for art supplies and living expenses.
