Harris Health, with art consultants Davis Cohen Art (DCA) invites all Harris-county (Texas)-based artists to submit their *qualifications* for the first phase of the Lyndon B. Johnson (LBJ) Hospital Campus – Garage Façade Project. The design for the new parking garage at the LBJ Hospital Campus will feature a decorative screening with an iconic surface design that sets the tone for the entire campus. This monumental design will grace the facade of the multi-level parking garage, serving as a welcoming element for patients, families, community members, and staff.
Application process (two part): Qualification Round (August 26-October 10),followed by an invitation to short-listed artists to design a project-specific submission with artist stipend. Budget is $60,000.00.
