Kendell Harbin is a media-based organizer, teacher, video maker, and fabricator working in Kansas City, MO, USA. She currently serves as the Manager and Lead Instructor and for Build Trybe’s wood and metal fabrication shop, which provides employable skills training to young adults who are aging out of foster care, experiencing houselessness, or otherwise under-resourced. Previously, Kendell was named an Interchange Artist Fellow (2019) for her work developing a home video preservation project serving LGBTQIA+ communities in Middle America.
