Zandra Sneed-Dawkins is a Kansas-based artist and veteran whose influential, expressive works explore the rich history of African Americans, women, and historical figures. With a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Washburn University, Zandra discovered her passion for art in 2016 and embraced it as a means of expression and connection.
Zandra’s art has garnered recognition in galleries and coffee shops across Kansas and the United States. Her notable career highlights include graduating from Washburn University in 2020, participating in Artist INC in 2023, curating three art shows, hosting four solo exhibitions, and being featured on the cover of Peace Gallery Magazine.
