Missouri Art Now / Deadline: November 1

Missouri Art Now, A Bicentennial Celebration is a juried, traveling exhibition that will feature sixty works from artists throughout the state, together demonstrating Missouri’s vibrant visual arts culture.

This call for entry is available to Missouri-residents, ages 18 and older. Applications are due November 1, 2020. A non-refundable fee of $35 applies.  https://artist.callforentry.org/festivals_unique_info.php?ID=7883.

Work selected will be presented at five different venues throughout 2021: The Arts Council of Southeast Missouri in Cape Girardeau; The State Historical Society of Missouri in Columbia; Post Art Library/ Spiva Center for the Arts in Joplin; Hannibal Arts Council in Hannibal; and the Albrecht-Kemper Museum in Saint Joseph. Artists will be responsible for shipping to the first venue and shipping back to them from the final venue. All shipping between venues is the responsibility of Missouri Art Now. None of the work will be for sale but each venue will gladly pass along artist’s contact information to potential buyers.

A $30 fee is required to enter three images of the work. You must enter 3 images and no less. If you wish to submit more than three images, each additional entry is $10.
