KCI 1% for Public Art Announces Info Sessions / Oct. 28 & 31

Learn about the largest public art project in Kansas City history!Artist Information Sessions will be held to educate artists, art teams and art fabricators about opportunities for upcoming public art commissions for the future New Single Terminal and Parking at Kansas City International Airport.

This event is the first of two identical virtual sessions and will be recorded for posting & viewing reference later. The current open RFQ Call for Artists are only related to the first four large-scale sculpture locations, KCMO One Percent for Art permanent commissions. Those specific areas, procurement process and how to apply through https://www.callforentry.org/ is what the upcoming Artist Information Sessions will focus on, along with Q&A.
