Led by ArtsConnect, Artist INC Topeka returns Tuesday evenings from 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m., September 2, 2025-October 21, 2025. Applications will be open from April 14, 2025-June 9, 2025. Sessions take place in-person at ArtsConnect, 909 N Kansas Ave Topeka, KS 66608.
