Amanda Pfister is a visual artist working with photography exploring ideas of place, feminism, community social engagement and collaboration. She enjoys curating art shows, her most recent curation is GAZE: power & politics thru a feminist view. She recently organized and put on DADA Ball bringing together art, music, avant-garde fashion and drag performance for a one night event as part of her social practice. Amanda founded ICT Soup, a grassroots effort for crowdfunding creative projects through community meals. She was a Community Fellow with Harvester Arts and a Concept 2020 Focus artists with the Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition.
