Angela Rhone joined the Regional Arts Commission in January 2022 as the new External Relations Special Initiatives Lead. In her position, she will provide a wide range of administrative and specialized operational support to the External Relations Senior Manager in planning and implementation of deliverables required to complete City of St. Louis Downtown Engagement and Public Safety Initiative (DEPSI) special projects and events in 2022.
Rhone currently serves as the Vice President and Business Coordinator for the firms Visions Management Group, Inc. She has an extensive background in professional consulting, as well as coordinating and executing special events.
Throughout her career, Rhone has worked with such companies as Paramount, Sony and New Line Studios in the planning of movie premieres and red carpet events. As a former professional dancer, Rhone has traveled the nation studying and performing the art of dance. Rhone prides herself on her volunteer work – having served on several local boards of directors.
Rhone obtained her MBA from Lindenwood University. She also holds a bachelor’s degrees in theater & dance and business management. Recently, she earned a certificate in diversity and inclusion from Cornell University. She is an active and proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, Jack & Jill of America Incorporated, and The Links Incorporated.
