Kristin Beal is an arts advocate and culture producer dedicated to building creative communities. As cofounder and executive director of Harvester Arts, she advances public art, residencies, and artist support in Wichita. She also leads the Gallery Place Project, activating underused spaces through community-centered art. Kristin holds a BFA from Wichita State and an MFA from Virginia Commonwealth University, with additional study at the Kansas City Art Institute. Her work has been supported by the Knight Foundation, National Endowment for the Arts, and Kansas Arts Commission.
