Laura Blumenberg has dedicated her career to supporting artists in her community, with positions ranging from studio assistant to artists well established in their careers and those just starting out; working in collections management in Kansas City; interning and then becoming a full-time New York gallerina; and managing an office with an arts nonprofit before running the grantmaking program there. These days she is the assistant registrar at a small St. Louis–area contemporary art museum. In her spare time, Laura sketches and paints in her smallest apartment yet.
