Rebecca Kinslow is the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition (OVAC), a statewide nonprofit dedicated to growing and developing Oklahoma’s visual arts community through education, promotion, connection, and funding. Her career spans nearly three decades across the nonprofit, higher education, and government sectors, with experience in arts administration, grantmaking, community development, program development, and organizational growth.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Cameron University and a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds Executive Certificates in Fundraising and Arts & Culture Strategy.
Rebecca believes that a thriving arts sector is essential to building stronger, more connected communities. Her work supports artists and arts organizations, expands opportunities for people to lead creative lives, and builds the relationships and resources that help sustain a vibrant creative ecosystem.
