Scarlet Sims, of Little Rock, is a community-centered creative with 20 years of experience in mass communications; strategic, human-centered change management; program and grant management; and community building through the arts. As the artist services manager for the Arkansas Arts Council, her work focuses on elevating individual creatives and providing them with opportunities to make changes, improve themselves and grow in their own spaces.
